Corvallis Toyota is fortunate to have someone in the service department that listens to the customer and goes the extra mile for us!! After our damaged/flattened tire, late at night in Gresham, a strange town we did know well, and no spare tire.....Alex found a spare donut tire and jack kit for us to purchase and carry in our car for the future. And then when our car was dented when we returned to our car after our granddaughter's volleyball game, Alex contacted "Joe the Dent Guy", and he repaired the dent in our Prius! We feel we have found an excellent service department employee, and a friend!! Alex is the BEST!! More

Thank you so much to Alex in Service at Corvallis Toyota, he really went the extra mile for us, reading our car contract and making sure we were covered for what we purchased for our car contract! Our car he really went the extra mile for us, reading our car contract and making sure we were covered for what we purchased for our car contract! Our car is a 2024 Toyota Prius Prime, and we are 70 years old. The road conditions are not very good up in the Portland area (tons of big potholes) and we travel up there 3-4 times a week to watch our granddaughter play high school volleyball/to watch our 6 1/2 year old grandson play Little League baseball and soccer/to watch our son coach high school football. Due to road conditions our front left tire got a gash on the side of the tire last Friday going to a football game in Gresham, and when we went back to our car to travel home to Monmouth our tire was flat, on a Friday night at 10:00 pm!!! Toyota needs to rethink not including a small spare tire with new vehicles any more! It was dark, and we were 1 1/2 hours from home with no spare tire!! That is dangerous for most Toyota owners but especially for the elderly. If anything happens to my husband I will sell my Prius and purchase a car that does have a spare tire! This was not a positive experience in our Prius Prime!!! More
