If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Toyota of Dallas is the definition of bait-and-switch. They texted me directly a written out-the-door deal for $67,000 on a Tundra. I drove all the w Toyota of Dallas is the definition of bait-and-switch. They texted me directly a written out-the-door deal for $67,000 on a Tundra. I drove all the way there, wasted my time, only to be told the price was actually $10,000 MORE than what they promised me in writing. When I called them out, they told me it was a “mistake” by a new employee. That excuse is unacceptable — especially since he told me multiple times that he had spoken to his manager. If a manager was involved, then this wasn’t a mistake, it was flat-out deception. This dealership has no integrity, no honesty, and no respect for customers’ time. They will lie to get you in the door and then try to pressure you into paying thousands more. I’ll be attaching screenshots of their text messages to prove how they operate. Don’t trust a word they say. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a dealership that actually honors its agreements. More
