A great exprience when I decided to re-lease a car. I took my 2015 Corolla in for routine maintenance - dealt with Walter whom I love also. He is always so kind and helpful. While waiting for my car t I took my 2015 Corolla in for routine maintenance - dealt with Walter whom I love also. He is always so kind and helpful. While waiting for my car to be ready, I walked over to the Sales area just to inquire about re-leasing. I sad down and Ernis came over, and it went on from there. He was most helpful providing information about the car especially the new technology it provides. I am not very tech-savvy, so all the information he provided was helpful. I told him that before he showed me any cars, we had to get the dollars worked out - hopefully that would be amicable for both of us. We did that, and he even called the insurance company to see what changes a re-lease would affect. To my surprise, it would lower the monthly payment!! Once we got that done, he proceeded with John Dearing added in, and we got the figures worked out to my liking, and the transaction proceeded from there. Ernis was there when I cleaned out my previous car - I was not given that opportunity when I leased the first time. John Dearing was also wonderful and helpful when it came to the financial end of the transaction - a part I always HATE. Hopefully one day, there will be a way to eliminate all of the long sheets of paper, and multiple signatures required. Overall, I really appreciated the attention I was given by both gentlemen.
