With all the internet tools out there we had a good idea of what a fair price was going in & we quickly settled on an excellent price. There were no high pressure tactics. He knew the car inside and out and had my wife's phone paired with the hands-free system in just a few moments. I'm terrible with names, but the finance officer was equally professional - he offered us various finance and warranty options but was not pushy with any of them! We quickly settled on a great financing offer and were out the door and on our way! The tiniest little nit was that when detailing the car they did not do a great job on the inside of the windshield and there was cleaner residue there - not really a big deal except when driving west into the sun it was distracting. A few wipes with a napkin and all was well! More
