The dealership is close to my house, and I was greeted very promptly for my 8 AM appointment. It went downhill from there. My service advisor did not greet me while I waited behind two other customers. I very promptly for my 8 AM appointment. It went downhill from there. My service advisor did not greet me while I waited behind two other customers. I have a Fidelity warranty, and I gave the advisor the maintenance contract number so that he could call. He ignored me and claimed that I did not have a contract. When he gave the warranty company the contract number, all was in order. I was infuriated already. The service advisor then told me that the warranty would only cover $119 and that $400 of service was needed for the car at 30,000 miles. He showed me a book and did not have the patience to explain the details to me. He said that I could read about it in the manual. I felt belittled. When I sat down to wait, I downloaded the car manual and verified that the extra money was for things that are not included in a 30,000 mile check up. I had been had. The dealership is convenient, but I need someone who I can trust. Another advisor explained details to the guy waiting next to me in the waiting area. Maybe if I were a guy, maybe things would have gone better. I would not recommend this dealership for service. More

Mimi Veillard was the contact person from Deerfield We were searching for a used car for my son. We found a used Toyota Camry online through CarGurus. Mimi Veillard was the contact person from Deerfield Beach Toyota regarding the car. I emailed her to say we were interested in seeing the car. She made appointment arrangements for the following day. Immediately upon meeting her she was professional, understanding of our needs/concerns, and overall patient with us. My son, who is 16, was spending all of his money on this car and therefore we needed to make absolutely sure it was in top shape, no scams, and that we were getting a fair price. Mimi was with us the whole day off/on as we deliberated, presented concerns, and even met with the service manager to have additional work done. She is what a a good sales representative looks like...honest, patient, understanding, and overall wanting us to be 100% satisfied with our purchase. My son loves his "new" car and we would totally buy from her again. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! More
False and Misleading Diagnostic Dealer was unable to fix the issue, and when brought it to management's attention it was not address professionally. I do not recommend this dealer. I have filed complaints with: 1) Better Business Bureau , where dealer is refusing to address the issue. 2) Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services still waiting for business to reply. 3) Attorney General's Office still waiting for business to reply. Hopefully someone at the Toyota of Deerfield Beach will decide to address the "False and Misleading Diagnostic" More
