We can not rave about Toyota Del Rio enough. We had exceptional service from beginning to end. We have never been treated so amazing with an exceptional deal that we couldn’t find anywhere else. He goes above and beyond to FIND what you’re looking for. For a dealership/Mechanic Shop they for sure are very unprofessional, I got my ac done 6 months ago and I had to come back due to the fact that my ac wasnt working again and for them to tell me that I ne unprofessional, I got my ac done 6 months ago and I had to come back due to the fact that my ac wasnt working again and for them to tell me that I need a part replaced, I came 6 months ago so they can check what I needed to be fixed because this is a ongoing issue, I got it fixed and needed a part but at the same time I feel like the ac is still not working well. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I was checked in quickly and out in less than an hour, which is impressive for any auto service. The staff were professional, friendly, and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process, ensuring that I was kept informed about the status of my vehicle. It truly made a difference and put my mind at ease. A special highlight of my visit was meeting Mr. Khoury, the owner, who took the time to engage with customers and showed a sincere interest in how my visit was going. It’s refreshing to see a business owner so involved and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I love my Toyota Sequoia, but the service department has been a huge disappointment. I have taken my Sequoia in many times, and every single time they are “too busy” to get to my vehicle — even when I ha been a huge disappointment. I have taken my Sequoia in many times, and every single time they are “too busy” to get to my vehicle — even when I have an appointment. There is always an excuse. This time it’s “the new system,” but meanwhile my car still needs service and nothing gets done. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t honor it? The sad part is that I truly love my Sequoia and Toyota makes great vehicles. But because of this service department, I’m honestly considering switching brands when it’s time to buy a new vehicle. Customer service matters just as much as the product. Toyota deserves better service than this location provides. More

Poor communication. Did the entire purchase via Toyota corporate but the car was in this location. When we brought it back for service (oil change, tire rotation, fixing windshield wiper nozzle), they didn't give any updates, almost sold my car to someone else, and didn't provide proof of the service. 0/10, do not go here to service your car. Just buy the car and leave them behind! More
