Service advisor wasn't very knowledgeable regarding any needed services at 100K. I was there for oil change and tire rotation and asked what else might be needed at 100K. Also they told me my battery was testing at 56%. I purchased a new battery for over $230 a few months ago after being told my battery was testing around 50%. Not sure if it was actually replaced. I asked how that could be testing at 56% when the battery is new. He said "because it's cold out" I said no. They took the vehicle back and claimed it was now testing at 90%. More

I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, and both the sales and financing staff were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work finish. The only regret I have isn’t on the dealership, but in hindsight I wish running boards had been discussed before finalizing the purchase since it’s a new truck. It would have been helpful to think through that option ahead of time, but overall the experience was still very positive More
