Excellant customer service I had purchased a Toyota Sienna from Des Moines Toyota and had received a recall notice on the door. I called to make an appointment for the recall bu I had purchased a Toyota Sienna from Des Moines Toyota and had received a recall notice on the door. I called to make an appointment for the recall but also added that I needed an oil change and tires rotated. Since I was coming from out of town would they be able to do all that I needed done in one trip and they said no problem. I also had noticed that the fan for the AC/heat was very noisy when I turned it on high and they said they would also take a look at that. When I dropped off the van they told me that all the work would take approximately 7 hours and that was exactly what it took. When I arrived they told me that indeed the fan was defective and that they had installed a new fan for me, the recall work was done, my oil changed and tires rotated. I am driving to California in one month and asked if everything was in good shape for the long drive and they assured me that I was ready to go. They suggested that I come back in after the trip to have the tires checked to see if they needed rotated after the trip. I appreciated the information. Very happy with the way I was treated and my concerns addressed about long trips. More
