Thank you for the response David. Unfortunately there isn't anything to correct, the issue was escalated and I was contacted later that night after I had left the dealership, only to be told that basically I was being offered something small like a hundred dollars or something taken off. (Original deal was MSRP if I placed an order within a month which was pitched to me from sales, it was not my idea. Placed order three weeks later and the day I signed they quietly added a $3,000 markup without directly telling me). I had already made a down payment and was told it would be refunded when I left, and that process took over a week with no updates until Shawn Hong from Finance stepped in and helped me out. I already bought the same car elsewhere a few weeks later.

Salesperson and finance manager lied to me in my face and promised something they clearly didn't keep their word in. All they cared about was making their sale and not caring about the clie t financial responsibility for and vehicle. Now i am stuck with two 50 thousand dollar loans because they were not sincere and straight forward with me since the beginning. Horrible horrible service!!!
