Took my Prius Prime for service yesterday and was so pleased with the service. The process was pain free and super efficient. I had a 6:30 appt to get my car serviced. As I entered the dealership I was welcomed by Vincent. He explained what would happened and how long it would take. Then within 30-45 minutes he called me to let the dealership I was welcomed by Vincent. He explained what would happened and how long it would take. Then within 30-45 minutes he called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. Vincent explained what was done to my car and also said that my brakes and tires were checked and everything looked good. I left feeling pleased and also safe. More
