For there being a whole bunch wrong with my car, I absolutely had a great experience. I had an 8am appointment and I was greeted by Maria. She was so helpful and made me feel at ease. Having explanations from the mechanics let me know that my car was in good hands! More

Brought my car in on Halloween. It was a pretty long wait, approximately 35 minutes to get checked in, and another 2.5 hours for my car to be completed. But they offer a free Lyft b It was a pretty long wait, approximately 35 minutes to get checked in, and another 2.5 hours for my car to be completed. But they offer a free Lyft back home if you’re within a certain mile range so that’s a really great perk so you don’t have to wait around forever. I have Toyota care so once my car was done they sent me a Lyft to get back and the process to get my car was pretty seamless and i was out of there in about 10 minutes total. More
