Quick an easy I got my tires changed. They told me to come in at 6, and they would take care of it from there. Mike pulled me aside and called me a car to take me h I got my tires changed. Highly recommended by a long time and loyal customer!!! As I arrived early one Tuesday morning for my 6:45 service appointment at Toyota Central, I was surprised to see a long line of cars ahead of me. I f As I arrived early one Tuesday morning for my 6:45 service appointment at Toyota Central, I was surprised to see a long line of cars ahead of me. I felt a little anxious knowing not only that it was already 6:40, but also realizing that I had to be at work by 7:30. After waiting for about 2 minutes, one of the Toyota employees spotted me and gestured me to go to the adjacent line beside the cars that were in line waiting. I told the Toyota employee that I was there for my 6:45 appointment and that my service adviser was Briseño. He then informed me that he would go let Briseño know that I had arrived to get my car serviced. During that time, I was also greeted by Ms. Luz Reyes and literally felt a sense that everything was going to be alright and almost instantaneously refocused my attention from worrying about whether I would be getting to work late to looking forward to having another pleasant experience with the great people at Toyota Central. After a few minutes, Briseño greeted me and immediately took my information, then proceeded to schedule me to have Lyft drive me to work. Amazingly, I got to work on time and throughout the day Briseño kept be informed about the status of my car as it was being serviced until it was finally fixed. He then made arrangements to have Lyft pick me up from work so I could get the ride back to Toyota DT. While riding back to work, I thought about how happy and satisfied I was to receive the attention, experience the friendliness, professionalism, and see the efficiency demonstrated by Briseño and from all the members of the Toyota team that I interacted with, such as Delia (the cashier) and Jessica (whom I saw under the umbrella when I gave the paperwork to pick up my car). Whenever there is a need to get my car serviced at Toyota Central, I always look forward to seeing the great people there and for making me feel like part of their family. If I could, I would vote for the Toyota DT team as the best in Southern California!!! More
