super satisfactory service! I am so glad to have found this service department. Since moving to SoCal, I've tried many service departments and this has by far been the best. Originally from the Mid-West, I value when businesses value not only the quality of their work, but the quality of the interaction with their customers. I was surprised to find this in Downtown LA of all places-- but now there is no where else I'd rather take my Prius to get serviced. My interactions with Michael Briseno have been most delightful and he has always done a wonderful job of making sure my Prius up to speed in all that in needs to be, and he keeps me up to speed during the process. Thanks Mike and Toyota of Downtown LA for all that you do! See you in another 5,000 miles! More

I was there to look at one vehicle and your staff did take than and run with it which got me in and out of there in a timely fashion. So far very pleased with the our purchase! More
