You Are Like Family When You Come Here!!! It was one early weekday morning as I made my journey to Toyota Central of Downtown L.A.. I had scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced the we It was one early weekday morning as I made my journey to Toyota Central of Downtown L.A.. I had scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced the week prior and was feeling a bit anxious about getting to work on time since there was heavy traffic on my way there. Once I got there, I pulled up into the service lane and turned off the ignition. The wait had not been more than one minute when I was greeted by about 3 friendly Toyota associates as they walked towards me and each of them respectively shook my hand. A few moments had passed by when incomparable Luz also came and stopped by to say, "Hi" with her warm and sincere smile. Soon after, Michael Briseño came by and it was nice to know that he had remembered my name, just as Luz did. I briefly explained to him the reason I came to Toyota and he was very patient as he listened to what my concerns were with my car. As I said, "bye" to Luz, I went with Michael to his desk. As I sat down, his desk mysteriously started to slowly rise up. I had thought he wanted to have that "Low Rider" feel as he was typing in my information on his computer. He was very articulate as he explained the car issue with me in a very through manner without getting too technical. He went on to say that he would provide me with a status update later on that morning. As I was getting ready to leave, he asked me if I needed an Uber and I replied, "yes". Within 10 minutes I was on my way to work and not only that, but I would get there just in time. This whole experience from the moment I arrived at Toyota of Downtown L.A. to my Uber ride to work was 100% phenomenally great. Everyone there (like Daniel, Ricardo, John Castro, and Lenin) are exceptionally friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and even paying for the car service wasn't even painful, thanks to Jessica. More
