What an incredibly terrible experience I had @ Toyota DTLA. I was lied to, received terrible customer service and was overcharged by 5k. What a joke of a dealership, and truly concerning that they treat DTLA. I was lied to, received terrible customer service and was overcharged by 5k. As a customer, I have never been treated that way and was truly shocked by their lack of accountability and the numerous lies that were bottom line deceitful. Be careful for Juan, Duban and Jason. All they want is your money and they will say anything to overcharge you, deceive you and leave you empty handed.  More

Gary was fine. I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait for an OIL change.. He said they would get me a ride share to go home for the wait and I never got the ride, had to I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait for an OIL change.. I arrived at 9:20 my car wasn’t ready until 2pm… you basically have to call off a WHOLE day for a oil change.. it’s ridiculous. More

Gary was immeasurably helpful and professional. I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. In my 16 years of Toyota ownership, this is the 1st dealership that I felt like I wasn’t just a number that was going I highly recommend Toyota DTLA.
