Waited 2:30 had had to go out to the service person to see if my car was ready. The car was sitting in in the parking lot. No one came to get me.. I was loyalty customer and they tried to charge me for my see if my car was ready. The car was sitting in in the parking lot. No one came to get me.. I was loyalty customer and they tried to charge me for my service didn’t know till I got all the way out to the car. I had to go back into the dealership and get them to correct and refund $109 to me.. More
