Inexperienced people working on my truck. When I went to pickup my truck I would ask if they had tested the work that they had done and they always said yes which was not true. I had to tell them what was wrong and that I refused to accept the work they had done. I also had to take my truck to another company to get it done correctly. Not commenting with me before doing work on my truck. I lost trust with them. They now have a new service manager (Ian) , which I am hoping he can and will get things under control and get the people’s trust back. Rebecca Hergner More

I bring my car in on days. Work from home, and I would greatly appreciate having space for my laptop that isn't my lap. As it is, there is one table, and if someone else is using the one table when you get there, you are out of luck More
