Jacinda reviewed my list for the 72 month service. She keyed it in and gave me an estimate of the cost. After my vehicle was in service I was informed of a couple of things they also needed to service She keyed it in and gave me an estimate of the cost. After my vehicle was in service I was informed of a couple of things they also needed to service. I said okay. The long list took about 4 hours to complete which was in the time estimated to me before service began. The only downside is always the expense. I know the cost, price I pay for getting Toyota service, but I knew that going in. More
