So after an hour and a half I went to ask the status. I was treated as I should never ask the status of my car! My fault again, I suppose. I have a naturally gruff sounding voice. Another hour passed—I’m sorry I guess I wasn’t plain enough in saying I’d be inside the waiting room— I get a phone call updating me! Then I asked a simple question about what kind of filter is listed under expenses—sorry, sorry! Of course you all know the very best for my car!! Note: the check in person was professional and kind, but did seemed annoyed at my filter question. It was the man behind him that treated me as if I was a “Karen” when I inquired at an hour and half about my car’s status. Are y’all way overworked? Overbooked? Management being too hard on you? Moving taking a toll? Good note: I got an estimate for trade in quickly and kindly with no pressure. Thank you. Clear up: The 2 1/2 hour wait would have been better if I’d been told how long up front and perhaps updated halfway through. More
Had previously made an appointment with Kevin in the service department. When I arrived almost immediately Kevin had printed out the work order for a 10,000 mile service and sent my truck to the service service department. I would end up in the waiting room for no more than 30min. Now that’s service considering there was at least 5-6 cars ahead of me!! More
Wonderful Service - Highly recommend! We were on vacation traveling up 85, not from the area and experienced a flat and could not complete our trip on our spare. This is the Toyota dealership to go to in the greater Greenville area. We went to the one in Greenville and they try to charge us $480 labor for what this dealership charged us $62 for. We were in and out in an hour and Patrick was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, made sure he understood what we were saying, treated us with respect and made sure we had our vehicle back quickly.
