Used to be good, but this time it was awful! I first brought my car in for routine service without an appointment after a frustrating time trying to schedule one online - the site did not let me I first brought my car in for routine service without an appointment after a frustrating time trying to schedule one online - the site did not let me finish. The person at the desk said it would take as long as 3 hours, and scheduled me for this week instead. My car simply needed an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting for over 2 hours in their waiting room, I was told it needed several replacement services in addition to what I went in for, all totaled to over $500! and the whole job took 4-1/2 hours! Stay away from this service department unless you have time and money to waste! More

Easily made my appointment online which was followed by ample appointment reminders. The spacious waiting area offers free coffee and bottles of water, three tvs (one is in the children's area), free wi-fi ample appointment reminders. We were quoted an estimated time of one hour and the service was completed within minutes of that time frame. The service tech was friendly and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra services, which was greatly appreciated and makes me trust them. More
