Originally went in for an oil change and mount and balance four new tires. Ended up adding an alignment, break system flush, and service rear breaks. All of this took six hours to do while I was waiti balance four new tires. Ended up adding an alignment, break system flush, and service rear breaks. All of this took six hours to do while I was waiting at the dealership. My appointment was at 7:30. At 10am the technician was done with the tires and oil change. My advisor said for the other tasks it would take another hour and half from 10am. So I was expecting it to be done at 11:30. My services was not complete until after 1:30pm. I would have liked an update after it wasn’t done within the hour and half window. More
