I had a horrible experience with this service center which I have to admit is unusual. However, I was left to feel scolded like a child for something that I was NOT made aware of, added to the fact tha which I have to admit is unusual. However, I was left to feel scolded like a child for something that I was NOT made aware of, added to the fact that the service department made several screw ups that caused the problem to start with. I happened to purchase a new Rav 4 during this visit to have my Camry serviced and had I had the experience with the service department before buying it, I would have looked elsewhere! TOTALLY unacceptable treatment of a situation that was their fault to start with!!!! More

Everyone was very nice but when you are picking up sometimes you have to wait too long if your adviser is tied up with a customer. I think you need a better system for pick up. It should not take so l sometimes you have to wait too long if your adviser is tied up with a customer. I think you need a better system for pick up. It should not take so long. When you drive in the people greeting does a great job but I do not understand why the advisers all sitting at their desks typing and after a long wait someone will finally ask if they could help you. They need to be more attentive and at least say they will be with you soon. 1 or 2 minutes seems like an hour when no one offers to help. Yor greeter should take you to an adviser instead of you standing and waiting on one of them to help you. Also the adviser needs to say how can I assist you today instead of how can I help you. More
Took my car to Jiffy Lube and they tried for 30 minutes to get my filter off, said it was far to overtightened, after they already drained my oil. The service tech recommended they CUT it off replace it wh to get my filter off, said it was far to overtightened, after they already drained my oil. The service tech recommended they CUT it off replace it which would have taken two hours and $200. I told them no thanks, I will take it to Toyota of Easley. The service tech told me Toyota would charge me a $1000 to fix that because there was no way they could get the filter off, then proceeded to charge me $90 for an incomplete service. I made an appointment that day with Toyota of Easley. Everyone was very professional and extremely cordial from the time I arrived, until I left. The fluids in my truck was changed/topped off in 20 minutes with ZERO issues with oil filter removal. The price for my oil change at Toyota of Easley was cheaper than what I paid at Jiffy Lube for an incomplete service. Will definitely be returning for all services for my vehicle as I was impressed with the staff. Kevin Biddle was my service rep and was an awesome guy. More
