Since 1995, I have considered Toyota of Easley a friendly business that has always completed their service department work on time and with efficiency. I have purchased two new vehicles from this d friendly business that has always completed their service department work on time and with efficiency. I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. Each experience has been enjoyable because of the well-trained personnel who have assisted me without pressure tactics. I cannot think of any other dealership where I would be treated any better. Last, but certainly not least, I trust Toyota of Easley! More

I had my cabin air filter replaced on my 2021 Toyota corolla a fairly new car of a little over 15,000 miles. I didn't think they had to be replaced that soon. Constantly tried to upsale things I didn't want or need. They gave deceptive recommendations. They also charged me twice for both a 4 wheel alignment and a two wheel alignment. Excellent staff! I drove 2 hours to this dealership to buy my new car because none of my local dealerships were able to get what I wanted. I have also decided to take my service business to this dealership. They were very helpful and scheduling the appointment online made it very easy! Both of the service advisors that I had the pleasure of dealing with were very knowledgeable and made the extra effort to help me with other questions that I had about my car. They even helped with getting me information about getting 2 door dings repaired by a trusted local technician! Every interaction I've had with this dealership and the employees has been outstanding! Really appreciate the shuttle service too! More
