Erick Bensted, a service advisor, has gone well above the standard of excellence in customer service regarding my vehicles service needs and recommendations. He has advised me of time frames between things wearing out and takes the time to explain things in enough detail where I'm never really left with any important questions. He breaks down costs for me and always gives me options on what's most important and what I could hold off on for the time being. I've worked with multiple service advisors in the past at this location and have never had any negative experiences. One really important factor as to why I have been coming back to Toyota of El cajon for so many years is because with their service techs, I have absolutely zero worries of anything being messed with or missing from inside my vehicle. Nothing has ever been stolen! On top of that if they test drive my vehicle to recreate the problem or noise I was experiencing they let me know the whole process that it took with complete transparency.
