Corolla Steering Problem My wife and I drove in to check out a screeching sound while turning the steering wheel. We were on a trip back home to Arizona so we wanted to make s My wife and I drove in to check out a screeching sound while turning the steering wheel. We were on a trip back home to Arizona so we wanted to make sure the car was safe for the 400 mile drive. Melissa and her crew got us in and on our way in no time. Turns out the ball joint boot was torn causing the sound due to no grease. They greased it to make it home. I replaced the ball joint when we got home and all is well. Great customer service! More
