First, I was given an appointment. Even though there was some initial wait time, I was happy with the timely manner in which my car was received for service. I contacted Ms. Marisa Healy after viewing a vehicle I was interested in online. I arrived later than expected due to heavy traffic, and Marisa was at lunch. I was assisted by Johnny Mendez, who was extremely friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy. The vehicle was everything Marisa had said, and more. The price was a great deal for me and I purchased the vehicle, which brought me to Brandon Sweet to finalize the financials. Brandon was equally personable and professional. All three individuals whom I dealt with were excellent customer service representatives and made the entire experience smooth and as easy as could be expected. Marisa came out to meet me upon her return from lunch and introduced herself. All in all, I would most highly recommend Quality Imports as a must for any potential car buyer, and will most definitely return for any car buying experience in my future.
