I'm slightly less happy than usual because I discovered I had a 'possible' fluid leak on the front right side, but I did not realize it until I was home and my wife read the information on my oil and cabin filter change receipt. Had I been notified while the vehicle was being serviced, I would have opted for preventive action. Instead, I had to drive my vehicle home while transmission/hydraulic fluid leaked out, and I had to have the vehicle towed in for service the next morning. I did not have the luxury of leaving my van where it was when the noise from the problem began because I rely on a heavy power wheelchair for ambulation, and there was no to wheel all the way home. At this point, I am still listening to the engine and gear shifting to determine if there is further damage other than the leaking hose that was replaced. If so, I will likely incur significant expenses and will likely sell what was a wheelchair modified van costing me $80,000. This van is what I rely on for work and other activities, and I take care not to jeopardize those, but I rely on service people/mechanics to help me prevent losing these abilities. More

Trent directed me on the trade of my Tacoma a my Tacoma back from me, I met Trent Meyers, a sales associate at Quality Imports of Fort Walton Beach. Trent directed me on the trade of my Tacoma and the purchase of my 2013 Corolla. He went over all my options and was ultimately successful in obtaining me a much lower interest and an affordable payment. I really Love My New Car. All the associates at Quality Imports are always super nice. I always took my Tacoma there for regular maintenance. Trent, Matt and George made my purchase a great experience. Thank you guys. More

Quite pleased with the service and the waiting area. The price of the part was certainly more than I expected. I know that isn't the dealership's fault but it sure makes it difficult to afford work on my T price of the part was certainly more than I expected. Trent Myers made my purchase a great experience. He was very sincere and had a fantastic demeanor. The experience of going in to the little room with Brandon was a whole nother story. He was very scarey. He was not sincere. He seemed like an actor going through his stick on trying to sell you those packages. Very annoying to be spending 30 k and someone trying to sell you a package to make more money for themselves and the dealership and Toyota.
