I went in with an idea of what I wanted in reguards to a price but not really expecting to buy. However when the numbers matched what was in my head I left with a new car. Armando was absolutely wonderful! I did not feel pressured or manipulated and he was nice enough to drive me to Avis to return my rental. He went through it very fast and I would have liked to ask more questions about fees I did not see until now. For example, I'm not sure why I was charged $400 for "processing/cleaning" for a brand new car? Other than that it was a pleasant experience and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend the dealership to others and just tell them to go through the math at their own pace. It was worth the drive out from pensacola. More
