The first time I went to this dealership I was dealing with Jacob Morgan. He took my wife and I for a test drive and things were going good, good enough I thought they were going to be the place I'd buy a with Jacob Morgan. However I was telling Jacob about how I was comparing them against another dealership that offered a lifetime powertrain warranty the sales manager told him (he didnt realize I was standing behind him) that I was clueless and didnt know what I was talking about. I spoke up and he tried to back track. I believe his name was richard martinez but I know Jacob told me that he had worked in Atlanta and said he had never heard of such a thing and thats what he was trying to say. We left shortly after. The second time we went in thinking about giving them a second chance was about 2 weeks ago. We walked up and a gentlement with white hair asked who our salesman was. We told him we just wanted to look over the car. He got really upset with us and then got the keys. As we are out looking it over he asked if we were going to buy a car today. Even though we had the check on hand we told him no. At that point he locked the car up and told us he had to do something and left us standing there. After going into the management section Al Sienko came out and we explained what was happening and he showed us the car. He knows exactly who the other salesman was. So ask him if you want to verify. Everything was an overall great experience. I was greeted within the first 30 seconds after walking in the door. I already knew what I wanted option wise and the sales staff helped me find the vehicle I want within the first 30 seconds after walking in the door. Once all the options were finalized, the staff went over all the numbers in printed detail, so there were no hidden suprizes. Al Sienko was great when I came in to pick up the new vehicle. He helped set the vehicles blue tooth device to work with my smart phone. Now I can keep both hands on the wheel and answer a phone call if needed. More
