I went there to have my 03 Rav 4 repaired. When my service agent told me what all needed to done, I was shocked. He said it would cost more to repair it than it was worth. It was a well used Rav4! He worked with me and made it easy to trade up to the new Rav4. He answered many questions and stayed with me while I got all my stuff out of the old Rav. Jon Jones helped me find a noise that was coming from my splash guard. If I wouldn't have spoken with him the splash guard would have come off and I would have most likely lost it. We are from Birmingham, AL and my mother's car had to be serviced after encountering an oil problem while she was on vacation in Ft. Walton. I contacted Jonathan Drummond in the Service Dept, who was very helpful and understanding, as he has been throughout the whole ordeal. He immediately checked the car, found the item, and arranged for an overnight Fed Ex delivery to us. It was very reassuring to let my mother know her item was on its way! We bought two vehicles from Chris. My husband's Scion TC and my Prius. I was not originally wanting to get a Toyota, but the experience with Chris and buying my husband's car made me want to come back. The and my Prius.
