I came in for my usual-routine oil change, tire-rotation, balance, and wheel alignment. I also mentioned that the display light was burned out on one side of the temperate control screen. Jason thought it would be something like $800 to replace the unit, but then Gerald-master technician was able to pull the box and replace just the burned out lights. My vehicle didn't take any longer than usual for the maintenance work and the extra repair was only $90.00!!! Gerald, you rock!! And Jason always takes excellent care of me and my vehicle. He worked with me and made it easy to trade up to the new Rav4. He answered many questions and stayed with me while I got all my stuff out of the old Rav. We are from Birmingham, AL and my mother's car had to be serviced after encountering an oil problem while she was on vacation in Ft. Walton. I contacted Jonathan Drummond in the Service Dept, who was very helpful and understanding, as he has been throughout the whole ordeal. He immediately checked the car, found the item, and arranged for an overnight Fed Ex delivery to us. It was very reassuring to let my mother know her item was on its way!
