I have bought many cars over the years and always dreaded the process. The sales people always so pushy and never really listened to what we wanted and needed. He took the time to actually listen to me and my wife without being pushy, we felt like he actually cared and was not just trying to make a buck off of us. We picked out a great vehicle that fits our needs without the hassle. We did not necessarily get the price we were hoping for, but did not really expect to. (was worth a shot) He took us and introduced us to the service dept and scheduled our 1st service appt for us. Then after all the paperwork was done (it was well past closing time) he went over the car controls with us to be sure we understood everything.
