Deceitful I bought a Toyota Avalon because of the cab noise rating. After a year something happened to the seals on the door. The road noise sounds worse than l I bought a Toyota Avalon because of the cab noise rating. After a year something happened to the seals on the door. The road noise sounds worse than low end compact car. Additionally, when you close the door it sounds like you're slamming them shut. The "faux"leather is stained and seems ripped out in the drivers side seat. The pleather on the console is cracking and is peeling off the side of the doors. Each time i bring it in they give me some excuse as to why something is damaged/broken and how they can't fix it. The car is less than 4 years old--this is unacceptable. Management promised they would make it right--yet, it's still very, very wrong!! I would NEVER again buy another Toyota. More

Terrible Service Department I went in for my appointment because my navigation system was not working properly and the clear coat on the door edge was rubbing off. This is a bran I went in for my appointment because my navigation system was not working properly and the clear coat on the door edge was rubbing off. This is a brand new 4-runner with less than 1,000 miles. The service adviser, started by using a black magic marker to "repair" the door edge and then told me it was best to just remove them because it was a know problem to Toyota. He agreed to order new door trim and call me when they came in...that has been 2 months and no phone calls. I have made several calls to the service department and no one ever answers the telephones. In reference to the Navigation system, the service adviser, stated this was another "known" problem and he did not know when Toyota was going to get this fixed. I wished the salesman would have told me about this before I spent $50,000.00 for a new Toyota. Going to try and make another service appointment and will update the reviews if I can ever get any service from Toyota of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. More
