Terrible service. immobilizer code?? B.S! Came to toyota of ft Walton beach and from first impressions I was not pleased. When I got to the parts counter to get a key for my 4runner they could Came to toyota of ft Walton beach and from first impressions I was not pleased. When I got to the parts counter to get a key for my 4runner they could not autherize the key code until 1 hour later I was not greeted. I had lost my keys and needed to get a new one programmed.. Little did I know they had no knowlage on what they were doing but they tried to hoax me into paying $250 of my hard earned cash for labor cost to " clear my computer" ,so they can do unnecessary computer work when before I was told it will be $60-$70 for the programming. So not only this took hours and wasted my whole day but by the Time I was done being fooled!! I towed my truck ( it would not start after leaving it with Toyota) to a company down the road on Mary Esther cutoff, "A to Z locksmith" it only took 2 minutes and A to Z had my 4runner running with the keys I got from toyota.. Plus a to z was tremendously cheaper. When I was told by toyota this was not a key problem but a computer problem and will take hours and $250 in labor! Have'nt had any problems since! A to Z locksmith is the place to go or maybe even anywhere other than Toyota dealer for service! Granted Toyota of ft Walton beach did give me a spare key ( I guess my frustration was noticed) so I have a spare now but I payed $70 for the one key and I doubt that was much out of there pocket. ( you can buy a key on eBay or Amazon for half or even cheaper of the price) Moral to my story is never trust your dealer with work that might empty your wallet and they either are getting over on you or have no clue what theyre doing! Sad to have to say but I am still frustrated with this.. Happy with the locksmith:) More

Batteries for my Key Fob and a New Key Fob My key fob needed a new battery so I went to the FWB Toyota Dealership to get a new battery. While I was there I decided to get a second key fob sinc My key fob needed a new battery so I went to the FWB Toyota Dealership to get a new battery. While I was there I decided to get a second key fob since I only had one. They were able to put the new battery in quickly and get a new key fob for my car in case I happened to lose the only one I had. Thanks for taking care of me Jay Compton. More

underhanded sales tactics and deceitful upper management beware of the paper work ! these boys are very devious supposed to get $2000 off msr which they added back into contract including charging $299 for beware of the paper work ! these boys are very devious supposed to get $2000 off msr which they added back into contract including charging $299 for nitrogen in the tires . term of contract was 72 months but when finance manger produced the forms they added 3 additional ,so now it says 75 month payment period ! I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I must say that this was one of the more pleasurable buying experiences. I worked with Carl as a salesman, Jeff as the sales manager and Hunter as the finance guy. All three were great to work with. My recommendation is to do your homework (price/options) on the vehicle you want and go in and talk to these three, I believe they will give you a fair deal without a lot of hassle. More

My two primary contacts were Nate Waldrop and the sales manager, Johnny Mendez. Folks, my experience was absolutely outstanding. I was there to buy a Highlander, they were there to sell one. We had a great negotiation, agreeing on a fair and reasonable price for both parties. These two guys, including the entire dealership, from sales to finance to service were awesome. Very courteous and very customer oriented, satisfaction driven. Prior to buying, I had dealt with other dealerships, none matched Toyota of Fort Walton Beach in terms of friendliness, honesty and straightforwardness. If you're in the market for a Toyota, go see these two guys, they're great, you will not be disappointed. More

I called back and told the lady I want to speak with someone so I can make an appointment. the same lady answered the phone took the appointment down was not professional whatsoever saying yeah stuff like that. And they always seem to pressure you about what needs done to your car I bought a Toyota from reliability I don't need to be sold on everything that they think should be fixed. And I think they need to change your name from ZT Motors to Toyota because you don't know if your getting Toyota or not unless you're familiar with the area and when you speak with someone sounds like you're on speakerphone I do not like that More
