The service department was very friendly and very professional. I arrived early for my oil change with a coupon. During the check it was discovered my battery was low and that my wiper blades neede professional. I arrived early for my oil change with a coupon. During the check it was discovered my battery was low and that my wiper blades needed to be replaced. I asked for an explanation about the lifetime battery and the standard battery. Jim Brumbaugh did a superb job explaining them. As for the wiper blades I got them at this dealership before so I knew their assessment would be correct. When I left, I was a very satisfied customer.
