NEW Service area looks great! This was the first time I've gone in for a service since the new service department area was refurbished. It looks great and way more functional. Even with the COVID-19 distancing signs in place, everyone followed guidelines and used caution. Scott took care of my needs on my '16 4Runner. Done as promised and on time. The only gotcha was the quoted estimate at turn-in was slightly higher at pick-up. Other than that, all is well. More

I have been comfortable bringing my Camry for service here for years to keep it running at it’s best. Had an inspection and full maintenance. Went great!! Had a shutter issue months ago that was intermi here for years to keep it running at it’s best. Had an inspection and full maintenance. Went great!! Had a shutter issue months ago that was intermittent at certain speed intervals, that would be a recall issue, but showing the issue to them was tricky. The first time mentioning it, the root of the problem was missed- got discouraged. The second time- someone knew what I was describing told me what it was but they needed to see it happen- they took it for a ride and nothing, but at least I knew more and the deadline to have it fixed under warranty- getting closer. The third time, Darryl Leigh had me ride with a tech to make it happen- and it did and was able to point it out. They fixed it the next day, used one of their rentals- no charge. No problems since and drives like a Camry should. I am so grateful to Darryl and the team working together to solve that problem. A huge relief for me. More
