Deceptive sales practices I will start by saying the car sales man himself was very good. He didn't pressure us into anything and I like that about him. The part that I am very upset about is the financing part. My husband and I both have excellent credit. We had decided that we wanted to do a 60 month loan with our vehicle. When we went into the credit managers office he told us if we went with 72 months we would get the lower interest rate and would have an extended warranty and service plan included (didn't disclose that is cost extra just said included.) We left happy and thought we got a great deal. After we received our first statement from the bank is when we realized that we had been taken advantage of. I finally pulled out the paper work to figure out where an extra 3000.00 dollars got added to our loan came from. Well there was 1997.00 for extended warranty that he said was included not extra, and 899 for prepaid service average that out and that is 45.00 per oil change. When my husband called to talk with the credit manager who did our paper work., he told my husband they never disclose the price because most people just care about there payment. Also you are not signing hard paper, everything is done on top of the desk with a computer and they are going through so fast you don't even know what you are signing. You think you are signing to finance you car, but in reality they do that so you don't ask questions about the extended warranty that is INCLUDED!!!!!Well that is not us if he had said we have an extended warranty that cost extra (not included) we would have asked how much it cost and then more then likely would have declined it. In my opinion this is a deceptive sales practice because I am sure that they get some kind of kick back off of every extended warranty or prepaid service that they sale. I was telling all my friends and family if they needed a car go see them, but now I will be telling them to stay clear so that they are not deceived as well. I will be talking with one of my friends who is a lawyer and see what can be done, because this is just like going into a bank and them adding a new savings or credit card telling you its included with you other stuff and not telling you there is a monthly fee if you don't keep a min balance or annual fee for the service. It is not right and we was taken advantage of. More

Brian was able to answer every question that I had during my service write up and he also kept me informed throughout the service of details. The service was performed much quicker than promised. I won't take my vehicle to any other dealer! Keep up the great work. More
