Great Experience! After much research, i decided I wanted to buy a 2015 Mazda 6. My online search showed the best pricing was at Momentum Mazda (affiliated with Toyota After much research, i decided I wanted to buy a 2015 Mazda 6. My online search showed the best pricing was at Momentum Mazda (affiliated with Toyota of Gastonia, right next door). I met with Topher Jackson, who was very friendly, laid back, and knowledgeable... not pushy at all. Topher let me lead the way on an extensive test drive....not "just around the block". Dan gave me a great deal on my Mazda 6, and Sean Anderon had me in and out of the financial office within minutes. After my purchase, Topher sat in my car with me and thoroughly explained and demonstrated all of the technology features...he spent approximately 1 hour in the car with me and I left feeling very comfortable and informed. I reccommend Momentum Mazda to anyone and cannot thank all of the staff for a very enjoyable, non-stressful experience! More
Unbelievable experience! Rick Shepard gave me OTD pricing just as I asked for on day one. He never made financing or trade in a factor in pricing. Would buy here again from Rick in the future and we live no where near the dealership. More

Instead of swarmming to you, the staff gives you time to look around the lot before they approach you, giving you time to decide which car your interested in. Once you show serious interest in a vehicle, they do try to get you to start an application, but they aren't pushy. If you ask for a minute to make a decision, they happily oblige. I took off one star for pricing because they didn't come down on the price of the car any, but they did rework the financing of the car in order to make the payments more affordable for me. Would certainly recommend due to excellent customer service! More

We inquired about the car, but unfortunately it had already been sold that morning. Oh man! I was about to admit defeat, but my husband insisted that we at least look around. My husband had purchased a beautiful used F250 Extended Cab Truck from Larry Anderson (Awesome guy!) about 3 years ago, and it was such a great experience that we were hoping for a repeat! As I was slinking back to our vehicle Aaron zipped up to us in the Hot Wheels Golf Cart and asked if I had a specific car in mind. I told him that I really didn't have a type of car. I just knew that I wanted something different, and that I hated cars with square back-ends! He literally thought for half a second and said, "Did you see the 2011 Nissan Altima?" Honestly, I hadn't really been paying much attention. He pointed us in the right direction and got the keys for us Post Haste! Seriously.....come on....how can a Salesman deduct a car that you may like out of such little information?!?!? That was one pretty car!! We went for a test drive, and went inside to work out the numbers. Pete Ballard was working his magic for us, and even gave us an estimate of what a trade in would be for my SUV (which I neglected to bring...D'oh!). Aaron and another man (I'm sorry that I forgot his name!) good naturedly got into the front seat to make sure that our son's long legs would fit into the vehicle. Seriously, no one protested, moaned, or even did an eye roll at our request. You can't get much better than that! We told them that we'd be back first thing Saturday morning, because I neglected to bring my driver's license (yeah....I know....) and that we'd bring our son along in the morning. Now I'm sure they hear the same story all the time, but we are true to our word! We showed up a few minutes after the store opened on Saturday morning. I test drove the car and it was SWEET!! I'm not a car person, but Aaron somehow fit me with the perfect car in less than a second flat! We went inside ready for painful paperwork, but it all went smoothly and fast! We were joking, and laughing with everyone the whole time. Poor Brian Watford had to stop going other paperwork a few times, because we kept cracking so many jokes. It was such a nice, no pressure experience! I highly recommend Toyota of Gastonia! Thank you to everyone who helped us out!! More

bad start turned into something wonderful.. I show up at 9am on Thursday morning as discussed ask for my salesman, but he wasnt there.. A lady (who will come into the story later) said that she was going to a meeting and she would go find him, 10-15 minutes later Im STILL sitting there getting ready to walk out and never ever go there again, and the lady who I find out her name is Anastasia comes back, and apparently the FIRST salesman scheduled me for an appointment at 9am on his day to come in late. Needless to say MAJOR turnoff , UNTIL Anastasia (the lady from the beginning of the story) asked me if she could help me, and when I told her I just wanted to test drive a car, she didnt hesitate to go grab the keys and get the car right then..She is the nicest, most sincere person Ive ever met at a car dealership. We did our test drive, and I fell in love with the car, so we scheduled an appointment for Saturday 4/18 so my parents could check out the car and test drive it as well, they also were very impressed with how nice and professional and kind she was and if I ever need another car, I will go back to this dealership as long as she is there. More

A nice change I spent a couple of days going to other dealerships on my own, getting beat up by salesmen who kept leaving me waiting at their desk. " I later learned there is a reason for that, you should look it up online". Anyway, I was having a terrible experience and all I wanted to do was feel like I was getting a REASONABLE deal on a new car. Didn't want to beat the dealer up, didn't want him to beat me up. I finally read online about a site that let me type in what I was looking for, pick several of the local dealers, and then let them come to me with their lowest price, no haggling necessary. Toyota of Gastonia was the first to respond, very politely I might add, and then promptly sent me an email with a far better deal than I was getting out on my own! I waited for more emails from the other dealers (only one more bothered to reply), and then went to Gastonia the next day and signed up for my car in a matter of 15 minutes. It was perfect!! Best experience buying a car ever My wife and I came in to trade in our van for a Tacoma. We ended up trading in both vehicles. Ashraf Ashour or "Ash" as he goes by is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, and I have purchased 7 brand new vehicles and 2 used vehicles in my lifetime. I hate even calling him a car salesman because of the stereo-type that puts him in. The other managers Christopher Kosa, Brian Warren and Dan Bias that we dealt with along the way were great too. They fulfilled every promise and I truly felt like they were honest people. I love the price we got for both vehicles. Anytime I go to buy another vehicle or find someone that is going to purchase a car I will definitely be sending them to Toyota of Gastonia. Thanks Everyone More
