5 Stars Sales: Rick Shepard + wholeheartedly recommend I traded in my car and purchased a new 2015 Toyota Camry SE today from Toyota of Gastonia. Before that I went to Toyota of Rock Hill, South Carolina b I traded in my car and purchased a new 2015 Toyota Camry SE today from Toyota of Gastonia. Before that I went to Toyota of Rock Hill, South Carolina but they did not keep their words when I came back to close the deal that we verbally discussed. Toyota of Rock Hill just tried to give me good deal on MSRP price but later added optional packaged to raise the OTD up. Mr. Rick Shepard from Toyota of Gastonia was an awesome and rock start Sales Consultant. He always communicated with me via emails and phone calls. He gave me a good deal that I earlier offer to Toyota of Rock Hill. He stayed late and helped me to remove the decal without upset.Mr. Shepard carefully explained the options and features of cars then he assisted to link my iPhone to the blue tooth of the car. Words can't explain the exceptional service that Mr. Shepard went beyond and above my expectation and a new customer at Toyota of Gastonia. They offer three years free of maintenance schedule and life time warranty power strain but only two years and 36K miles at Toyota of Rock Hill. Mr, Sheapard, thank you so much for providing me a great buying experience.. I would recommend Mr. Rick Shepard and Toyota of Gastonia in heart beat. Lie and possible defrauded of 1695.00 in warranty contract I purchased a service contract through this dealership on 11/13/2014-in cancelling it on 02/05/2015-to find out the dealership had already cancelled i I purchased a service contract through this dealership on 11/13/2014-in cancelling it on 02/05/2015-to find out the dealership had already cancelled it the same day as purchased replacing it with their own contract p00000184282 which they own and may cancel at their convenience. I have no knowledge paperwork or possession. I contacted the dealership today where Chris Kosa avoided any responsibility or answers. He refused to call the warranty company and there is no telling if others are affected in same manner. Customer that maybe affected by this will not be known until they attempt to use their voided warranty years later.-The dealership response was have your lawyers call ours.....Toyota Finance is attempting to recoup these lost funds. More

He worked well with us to give us a price with which we were comfortable paying and offered the extended warranty without pressing us for an agreement. We did decided to purchase the extended warranty and found the representative that worked with us just as exceptional as Antonio. I have nothing but praise for this dealership during the purchase process. More

I used this dealership regulary for service on my Toyota Corolla. They always communicate with me regarding the service my vehicle needs. I read where others state the dealership is a cheat. Preventive maintenance is cheaper than repairs, which is why I go ahead and pay upfront. I am not a spendthrift nor a cheapskate....just use common sense when getting my vehicle serviced. I know the manufacturer is going to do the best job and back up their service and parts with warranty. I would rather know they are looking out for my best interest and hear what they feel needs to be done than for them to say nothing and find myself stranded on the side of the road a month or so later. Everyone has an opinion and even though I may pay a few dollars more, I would rather do that and know if the time comes that something wasn't right, they are going to be there to assist me. The saying the customer is always right went away when common sense went away. I work in customer service and have to deal with the public's demands, some bordering on ridiculous, on a daily basis. Maybe that is why I know what the service department at Toyota of Gastonia is doing and truly appreciate their efforts to keep me informed and my vehicle serviced properly. I'm not going to trip over dollars to save pennies. They are my local dealer and are convenient to where I live, making service more conevnient. If people would look for the good rather than thinking everyone were out to get over on them, they could appreciate what this dealership offers too. I have found those who think everyone is out to get over on them are usually the people who are trying to get over on everyone else. I will always use this dealership for service and when the time comes, purchase my vehicle from them too. Thanks guys, you do a great job and I appreciate you! More
These guys are a joke. I've tried to purchase several cars here only to take my business elsewhere. They aren't competitive on trade-in offers or purchase price. They get offended easily when you tell them another dealer beat their offer hands down. Before I knew better, I even referred a friend there and NEVER received my $50 referral gift. What a scam. Buyer BEWARE!!! Go to Scott Clark or North Charlotte and stay away from this dealer. More
Had the oil changed and tires rotated on my Camry. When I got home I noticed a $2.00 charge for "Roadcare Assurance". I called the service manager and asked what this was. I did not ask for or want their Roadside Assurance. The service mgr said that it was included and everyone does it. I have read several other complaints about this dealership adding extra charges without the owners authorization. BEWARE of these deceptive practices. I will now go to another dealership for my vehicle maintanence. More
