Amazing Experience at Toyota of Gladstone I walked into Toyota of Gladstone for an appointment with Jason unsure if I wanted to return or finance my lease-end 2015 prius. After being a student I walked into Toyota of Gladstone for an appointment with Jason unsure if I wanted to return or finance my lease-end 2015 prius. After being a student and tackling the financial debt that came along with the medical school process I was not hopeful anyone would work with me in getting a new car. However Jason and the financial team worked diligently to not only get me financed again through Toyota Finance, but got me into a brand new 2019 Toyota Corolla, a perfect car with still great gas mileage but an upgrade for myself in safety and interior space. I cannot thank Jason and the others (Angel and other members of the financial team) enough, for continuing to advocated for me as an individual to the banks and find the best rate and price for my situation. I never felt pressured into anything and was walked through the process by each staff member, each making sure I was getting into a loan I could afford and that would help me financially in the most effective way. I have worked with Toyota Financial now going on 3 years and have had nothing but friendly and accommodating staff helping me out. While buying a car is never one of my favorite things to do, Jason and his team showed me that the stigma can be broken when you have a team like there's. I've had so many experiences at other dealerships, even other Toyota's, that felt like the salesman were too aggressive and didn't care how they made a sell as long as they got one. This was a completely difference experience at Gladstone where Jason made me feel at ease even though, in the background, he and his partners were working hard on my complicated case. They have a great little cafe and a super clean facility it's a great place full of really amazing and caring people that want you to go home satisfied. They understand the meaning of customer service and I would recommend anyone whose unsure of what they want to do for their next vehicle option to get your answers from Toyota of Gladstone. They'll provide you with a no-pressure environment and I promise they'll look out for you through the entire process. Thanks again Jason, Angel and you miracle maker Finance people! Also a side note, the reason I liked them in the first place is my boyfriend was looking for a used Toyota Tacoma 4wd Truck but they didn't have any to his specifications at the time. But when he did find one he went through Gladstone's service department to have it inspected before purchasing it from another car lot. The service department was thorough and said if we didn't buy it they would. It's been a great truck and my trust in their work led me to buy a car from their inventory. My partner and I will be going back for all of our Toyota needs! More

I was not sure what level of Prius I wanted so was truly just "window-shopping" initially. However, Eric answered every question I had, provided with me with brochures and additional information that I needed but did not think to ask, and took me for test drives in both of the models I was considering. Informative but low pressure. I finally decided on the first car we had looked at, a 2019 Prius C. This dealership and this salesman made me feel like a valued customer and I would highly recommend them to my friends. More
