The salesmen, Denis and Rick did everything they could to square me away and actually beat the interest rate my credit union offered me, which i didn't think they'd be able to do. The team was accommodating, up front, honest, patient, and incredibly helpful. I asked tons of questions without ever committing to buying anything and they always replied within the hour with all the information I could ask for. While their ultimate goal is to sell cars and earn a living, it was clear that they really took their reputation seriously and went way above and beyond the necessary pleasantries to make sure that I was all set and happy. The whole car buying process isn't fun, but Gladstone made it as good as it can be. You should always shop around, but don't be surprised when you show up on Gladstones lot to buy a car because they're far and away the best dealership out there.
