Sou Chao was informative, low pressure and extremely nice. Angel, his manager, helped us negotiate a deal we were extremely happy with. Tasney in finance was quick, to the point, and didn’t try to sell us anything we weren’t interested in. Plus we got our new 4Runner TRD, and it’s perfect. All in all, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone - we will be back for all of our Toyota needs in the future. Thanks, guys! More

They were of course trying to make a deal, but listened and respected the decisions we - my son and law and I - made. I felt good with the final deal. At that point my son in law left, since there was just signing left to do. Things went downhill quickly from there. I got my zip code wrong on my paperwork, and Vic the finance person sent Mallory to let me know it was wrong. She was sweet about it. She knew I was nervous making such a big purchase. But Vic kept bringing it up and left me feeling stupid. I went to finance thinking the negotiating was over and I was signing paperwork and instead was confronted by a pushy salesman who wouldn't take no for an answer. After a long time of listening to him, I was so stressed out that I just purchased what he wanted me to. I told him that I probably wouldn't keep all the things he added, and I didn't. Which meant I had to drive all the way from Salem to Gladstone the next day to resign the paperwork. The finance person that assisted with the new paperwork was fine to work with, but Vic ruined the entire experience for me. I give Mallory Zepeda a 5 star rating, the rest of the sales team a 4 star rating, and Vic a 1 star. He is awful. More

Excellent Customer Service! This dealership was very easy to deal with and everything was straight forward. I found the car (an XSE Camry) I was looking for on their website and This dealership was very easy to deal with and everything was straight forward. I found the car (an XSE Camry) I was looking for on their website and received a chat message from Jake Spinner, who works in the internet sales department. I told him I was interested and within 15 minutes of test driving the car, I was able to work out a deal with Jake and Joe Chambers. I was in and out of the dealership with a car in less than 2 hours. From past experience, I know this rarely is the case since most people spend 5+ hours in a dealership to negotiate numbers with sales people who see customers as numbers and not as actual human beings. This was the fastest deal I've ever made and everybody, including management, was transparent. Tom Angel in finance made the paper signing process pretty quick and was very helpful with suggesting warranties that should be purchased with the car. Jake did an awesome job explaining the features of the car to me and even drove it onto the show room floor after the car was detailed! Jake went a step further and volunteered to take some pictures which was greatly appreciated since it adds to the positive buying experience we had. My parents have a long standing relationship with this dealership and we will be back in the future when we need a new Toyota. I love my new 2018 Camry XSE and look forward to many years of fun driving with this awesome car. After working with 2 dealers and 2 more over the phone, I sent an offer online and received a call back from Emileigh within minutes. I told her what I wanted and and within 24 hours I drove home with my dream car!! It couldn’t have been made easier, the process was smooth-and definitely fun! Terrific Customer Service In late July, my wife and I returned our leased Sienna and purchased a 2013 BMW X5. It was known to have a defective hatch control, so a few days late In late July, my wife and I returned our leased Sienna and purchased a 2013 BMW X5. It was known to have a defective hatch control, so a few days later, was taken to service for repair. Gladstone Toyota supplied a rental for us during the time of repair. Unfortunately, repair took longer than anticipated so when we were informed that it was ready for pickup, we were out of town fulfilling an obligation made a year ago. We then received the message that because our car was ready, the dealership will no longer cover the rental. This really upset us because others were depending on us to chaperone a group of youths, so we couldn’t just leave to get our car! We then spoke to Mr. Joe Chambers, who without any debate whatsoever, assured us that the dealership will cover the rental totally. When we returned to town, we proceeded to Gladstone Toyota to pickup our car, and true to Mr. Chambers word, there was no rental charge or argument. Now, here’s where it gets interesting! While I was getting the paperwork and keys, my wife spotted a used Highlander in the lot. It was not present when we bought the BMW, and it was just the vehicle we were initially looking for! We spoke to Mr. Denis Russu (who we worked with on our initial purchase) and he said as crazy as it sounds, he’ll see what could be done to get us into the Highlander! Ultimately, through the generous dealings by Ms. Angel Grose and Mr. Dolf Nuno (both of whom we worked with on the initial purchase) we were happily driving out with the Highlander! Those four people, Mr. Russu, Ms. Grose, Mr. Nuno and Mr. Chambers, turned a potentially unpleasant experience into one that I will forever remember as terrifically positive! We cannot say enough about those folks with whom we were blessed to have met. Gladstone Toyota should be very proud of them and be thankful to have them as employees! More
