He actually responded that night even though I wasn't expecting anyone to get back to me until the following day. I stopped by a couple other dealerships during the process but was extremely impressed with Glenn's demeanor and the overall vibe of Toyota of Gladstone after my first visit. As long as the pricing was right and the "attitude" of the dealership didn't change, I knew this is where I would buy my truck. Needless to say, I received a good price on the truck, a fair price for my trade-in and a great APR for the loan. Great Service I knew exactly what I wanted when I visited the dealership. We were fortunate to have Kenny Khzam be our sales person. It had been some time since we had purchased a new car so Khzam gave us a great tutorial on all of the bells and whistles of the electronics and media features of the car. Any question we had, Khzam had the answer, and if he didn't he went and found the answer for us. After the test drive and a little more discussion of the Toyota Avalon Hybrid, we took the plunge and made the purchase. Khzam was patient and friendly during the entire process. While the paperwork was being processed he kept checking back in with us to make sure we were okay because that part did take a little time. We're very happy with the car and we were pleasantly surprised the great customer service we received. More

Basically in and out with no rediculous sales pitches for undercarriage coatings or other unneeded extras.
