For new cars, I would recommend Gladstone Toyota! I recently was at Gladstone Toyota to get a new headlight and also inquired about another potential problem in my 2010, 95,000 Prius. While there I began to think about trading my car in for a newer one that I could also keep for a very long time. Donie Montgomery helped me look at the 2016 and 2017 Priuses and could not have been more helpful in explaining the differences, possible trade in value for my car and how the process worked. She wasn't pushy and I left, knowing I had to check my own financial situation to see if this would work. By the next day I had figured it all out and came in to get exactly what I wanted. We worked out all of the details and I was able to leave that evening with my new car! The only complaint I had was how long it took. I had to wait quite a while. The very next morning I was at a stop light and BANG! Someone hit me from behind! Luckily it was only the lower bumper. I took it back to Gladstone and they looked at it and helped me work with their people to get it replaced easily. I spoke with several people who couldn't have been more helpful. All is well! A+ Dealer Nick Neimeyer, and Wade from internet sales, are awesome sales people and have worked hard each time to get me and my wife in our now 4th vehicle. They don't try and sell you on cars you don't want just because it's easier sale for them, they truly try and sell you on the car you want. And if you aren't happy they really don't hassle you, but so far we haven't had a chance to not be happy. We have even sent others to them because it's that kind of dealership Toyota is. My wife and I have get discriminated against often as a gay couple and they have been so open and treat us like any other couple/family coming in to purchase a vehicle. They are respectful, honest, and up front and have yet to lead us a stray. We were refused before by broken down car dealerships, then ended up at Toyota and have bought 4 new vehicles from them in the last 2 years with less than great credit. We have already decided that when it comes to our 5th and 6th we will be back again to give them a hard time trying to approve a sale, but they will get it done. :) More
