I had done my research and new what I wanted to pay. Donie negotiated it for me and I was in the test drive and purchase the car the next day. No hard sales, no haggling, just a well run dealership delivering excellent customer service and product. I would definitely purchase my next car here if it's a Toyota (and that's likely since I own 3 and only replaced the prior 2010 Corolla because it was totaled). More

I talked to Carl on the internet chat who connected I was in the market for a new car, and came upon a killer lease deal on a new 2016 Toyota Corolla. I talked to Carl on the internet chat who connected me with Donie in sales, so I went in that evening to check out the Corollas. Right from the start it was a great experience! I was greeted kindly at the door and immediately connected with Donie who was probably the most helpful car salesperson I've ever dealt with. She was informative, friendly, kind, and passionate about her job. Donie made the whole process easy and efficient. From the test drive to the paperwork, everything went off without a hitch. I was only at the dealership for probably about an hour and a half! Can't beat that for going through the entire car leasing process. They have it down here, especially Donie! I really respected the lack of hassle that is often associated with other car dealerships as well.
