Yes I was very pleased when I took my 05 Prius in for repair of my AC! If I had a negative, it would be(by my observation) that rug protectors (paper) werre not put down before they removed my dash. repair of my AC! My service associate Genaro Milan for the past 18 years met me when I arrived. He set up my service for oil change and tune up.. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. Faster than I expected. I have been going to this dealership since 2013 for my Toyota RV4 and the service has been very good. This last time I went I waited for about 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which was quite Toyota RV4 and the service has been very good. This last time I went I waited for about 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which was quite awhile but it was explained to me that they were short on mechanics.
