Would not recommend buying from them Wouldn't recommend going to this dealer. The customer service was horrific. I do have to say my sales representative was extremely friendly and tried to make the best of the situation however upon arriving I was told by the corporate loyal person to go inside to fill out some paperwork. Sat down with another corporate loyalty employee (loyalty group was on there that week) and answered questions and was told to sign. What am I signing for? If I didn't ask my credit would have been ran without me knowing. I didn't even test drive a car, see how much they would give me for mine, etc. I stopped that process real quick and said no I'm here to see what you can do first without pulling credit. Make a long story short I approved at 10AM and if they had one customer they were lucky. I had all my payoff information and the decision maker made the sales rep come back and have him call needless to say the numbers were exact. An extra step and wasted time. Finally went and test drove a car and they said they would be able to make it work since I was carrying over negative equity. Well I sat there for hours... no communication between sales office and sales rep. I had no idea what they were doing at this point. I kept asking what's the deal and and told just a few minutes they'll come out and you'll sign the paperwork. The sale rep had to fill out all the paperwork himself and said it was a new process. Well, customer experience wise, it is horrible. I could have printed off the same docs from home and had all that ready if I knew. It's now 1:30PM and I'm about to say forget it and leave. Make me wait around for whatever reason especially when they didn't have any customers. Finally I go and sign the paperwork and come to find out my address was entered wrong once I got home. I live out of town and now what? I experienced in the financial industry and this is unacceptable. I was also told I would receive an email saying I have been enrolled in all Toyota trial services and have yet to receive that. I'm highly disappointed and would never recommend anyone go to this dealership. Was interested in purchasing floor mats from them and was told they would get me to the parts department and failed to do so. So, I left without floor mats I was so disgusted. I went and purchased then from another Toyota dealership. More

Pathetic service dept Don't buy from Toyota of Goldsboro. Sales dept is okay but once you buy, your screwed and stuck dealing with horrible service dept with employees who Don't buy from Toyota of Goldsboro. I bought new truck, it took 3 trips to service to get running boards installed, they even tried to put running boards on that had obvious damages, a large scratch on them on my new truck. Dropped my truck off at 8am today for oil change, told them I would be back to pick up at 11am, the truck isn't ready and here I sit wasting my time and lunch break from work. Go to Massey Toyota in Kinston if you want to be treated like an actual valued customer. More

Despite three calls the night prior to confirm service appointment details the service manager refused to install "we owe" parts and seat covers that salesperson had agreeded to do. Arrived five minutes prior to appointment and after two hours and 40 minutes no work had be done. Expressly told service manager of time constraints and work to be done. Service manager just told us to "sit in the loaner car" that was provided as the the car sat unattended in the parking lot. A thirty minute job not done in two and a half hours of waiting. Took car home (an hour drive) and had to reschedule. Totally unprofessional. More

Buying a new car This was the 5th Camry purchased from this dealership Vinny was my salesperson and he was absolutely great. He was patient, helped me find the color of car I wanted, very informative about the car, I had gone in thinking I just needed a repair but found that my head gasket was gone. Tammy in the service department was excellent, very understanding and led me to Vinny for his help in purchasing the car. I can't say enough about both of them in dealing with people - both really care about their customers and I would recommend them to anyone. Both Tammy and Vinny are great assets to this dealership. Because of them, that is why I keep coming back to this dealership and also why all my service on all my past Camrys have been done at the dealership. More
