Delighted, with the team, Carlos, Ian and Alex! Love our van WOW, first we love the van ,its what we were looking for. We had hurdles, first time we came to Rice, but the team of Carlos Lemus as we began, put us WOW, first we love the van ,its what we were looking for. We had hurdles, first time we came to Rice, but the team of Carlos Lemus as we began, put us in the hands of the other two experts Ian in sales, then Alex in finance. I must say these guys are not only wonderful in their positions as a team, and independently, their integrity, and devotion to get what we needed done was outstanding. Ian had such a contagious smile, rest assured he wanted what we wanted. Something inside me knew he was a dad and I could feel two children, I cant explain that one for sure. But when I asked yes he had two children, same with Alex, Carlos also was a dad willing to do what ever it took for their kids. This is how they do their jobs as well. A good Dad, always is the best to do business with. I never thought I would experience a closing of a deal like the one when we bought our house. The hugs between the sellers and us. I cant go into all the details, but It was an emotional moment because the sellers dad had built the home we bought. Then to have the emotional feelings we got when we closed the deal on this van we loved so much because of the dedicated unwilling to give up team was more than admirable, they care. THEY are for real ! Everything was clearly and honestly presented. We bought a preowned van. Ian made it very understood the van was as is. But the car fax were mostly what sold the deal as far as the van went. Ian went out of his way to give us what we needed and what we did not expect a nice detailed van full of gas and ready to go home. Thank you to all three of you and we will never forget the experience. YOU Have made this family very overjoyed. We will now get to take a trip to Fla so our autistic grandsons will finally get to see their mom. We will also get to see my sister and children. Our family had a bad tragedy a couple years back. We shared this information with the team. I could tell it touched their hearts to make sure no matter what we would ride out of their lot satisfied. We will never forget Carlos, Ian and Alex. This was our second time we purchased a Camry from Rice Toyota. We were happy with the service from the first and that is why we came back. We live approximately 45 miles from the dealership so my husband Toyota. We were happy with the service from the first and that is why we came back. We live approximately 45 miles from the dealership so my husband called before coming and asked if there were any black Camrys that had black interiors with sunroofs and was told that there were several cars with those features. We were disappointed to find out that none of the black Camrys had all three features. Plus, we were upset to find out that we would have to pay an extra $2500 to get a car there with those features. Shouldn’t a customer be able to get what they really want, especially when they’ve made a choice to come to that specific dealer? Especially when they had been told that what they wanted was on the lot? We feel so. We live closer to Modern Toyota and had been there and even had a price quote for a car but we really wanted to buy from Rice. So that’s why we called and when we were told there were cars available we made the trip. That’s customer loyalty. When we arrived to the dealership and the person my husband talked to on the phone was not there so we met a new sales rep named Chris Bruce. He was a very nice man, very courteous, and personable. He answered all of our questions and showed us all the cars that fit what we were looking for. The only thing was none of them were black with black interior and a sunroof. So we ended up settling for a car without a sunroof. And we were told they could get a car like we wanted for $2500 more. Which I think is ridiculous. All this to say I am not completely happy with the dealership and their customer service. We have mixed feelings about recommending this dealership now. Chris Bruce was wonderful. We enjoyed working with him. More
