Great experience I was coming off of a bad experience with a doffeeent salesperson but I’ve been coming to Rice for years and have always been happy with the service t I was coming off of a bad experience with a doffeeent salesperson but I’ve been coming to Rice for years and have always been happy with the service there (for my minivan), so I decided to give it another shot and asked for a non-pushy salesperson who would have patience and help me figure out what I wanted even if I wasn’t ready to buy. I got lucky and they gave me Ian Gray. He was helpful, informative and fun to work with! He allowed me to take my time and never pressured me. I will definitely be sending my friends to him! (The reason for 4 stars on customer service was just because we had to wait quite a while for them to get our 4 runner ready but they were busy that day), 4 stars on price only because price can always be better and there was a misunderstanding in our trade but overall a great experience! More
