Purchasing my final vehicle As a senior citizen, I am at the point of purchasing what I hope is my final new vehicle. I currently have two other Toyota cars and decided it was ti As a senior citizen, I am at the point of purchasing what I hope is my final new vehicle. I currently have two other Toyota cars and decided it was time to step up to a larger vehicle. I was at the dealership to have my most recent car serviced and decided it was time to look at the RAV4 s. Ian grey was there a little early and he was most helpful as he came up when we were out looking at the cars. we told him what we needed and he was so helpful in finding a RAV4 that fit our needs. We worked with Ian for a couple hours and he explained everything about the RAV4. Then of course it goes to the next person after getting our best deal, we decided to go home as we had already been there for 4 hours having the car serviced. We thought about the deal and decided that it was something we could not pass up so we went back to Rice Toyota and finished the process of purchasing the car. Ian our sales person explained everything about the car before we drove it off the lot. The last one I purchased no one bothered to explain anything.
