John followed up with me two days after my purchase to see if I had any questions about the car and took the time to answer all of my questions. Maria Ponterio provided all the details of the packages I could purchase to protect my investment. I never felt pressured from John or Maria to purchase anything. I can not rave enough about Toyota of Greensburg! I have purchased 3 cars from them in the past 6 months and would not go anywhere else. (over the years we have purchased 7 cars from John.) John and Maria purchased 3 cars from them in the past 6 months and would not go anywhere else. (over the years we have purchased 7 cars from John.) John and Maria made it such an easy process to buy a car. They handled everything for us and all we had to do was say yes and sign. Maria made sure we had all the coverage we needed for the Tundra and John went over all the controls and features in the truck. Phil was also so easy to work with with the trade in. He always had a smile on his face and he never got irritated with my husband who had to wait for the truck to arrive from Texas. When Toyota of Greensburg put these 3 working together as a team they knew it would equal success! More
