This is my second Toyota leased from this dealership. My Toyota Rav4 was coming to an end on a three-year lease. I was looking to lease another Toyota but not sure what I was looking for. I was put in touch with a salesman named John Sewcheck. What an pleasant experience! He gave me several options to lease and discussed different vehicles and options that may like. We settled on a Corolla Cross but unfortunately the Corolla that I chose was not in yet. I was anxious to get things settled. Shortly thereafter, it arrived! I met with John, completed the paperwork quickly, and was ready for a tutorial and lessons before I drove it off the lot. John was amazing! He reviewed every part of the vehicle with me and asked me several times if I had any questions or concerns. Of course, I had a few. He answered everything with knowledge and understanding for which I needed further clarity. He also set up my iPhone for Apple CarPlay. I drove home thinking about the wonderful experience I had with John. He was professional, kind and so wonderful to work with. When I comes time to lease another vehicle, I will request John. More

If it weren't for Toyota of Greensburg, I would be driving a different manufacturer's vehicle. Lee Moschetti and the other employees at Toyota of Greensburg made it happen when other dealers either w driving a different manufacturer's vehicle. Lee Moschetti and the other employees at Toyota of Greensburg made it happen when other dealers either wouldn't take my call (their phones just rang and never even went to voicemail) or told me it couldn't happen. I went in and spoke to Lee and he didn't tell me "no" right off the bat. He didn't tell me I would not get my hands on a Highlander L. What he did was this: he explained that while a Highlander L was probably a tough find due to the limited manufacturing of that trim, the LE would be much more available and only a little more expensive. I went ahead and put myself on the waiting list. Lee kept me up to date on build and delivery dates. When my vehicle arrived, Lee called me to set an appointment and I went in and completed the purchase. Maria Ponterio, the business manager, got me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She told me about how easy it would be to set up automatic payments through Toyota Financial and I was able to have that done the same night I got my car. Everybody at Toyota of Greensburg was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I will be back the next time I need to buy a new car! More
